Assalamulaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh Brothers and Sisters,

We pray that this finds you in the best state of health and imaan. We hope that you are enjoying the blessings and spiritual benefits of the holy month of Ramadhan. We have a few messages to convey..

Court Case Update

The defendants in the Injunction case, were refused Permission to Appeal the order of the 1st of Aug 2023 (Kingston Mosque Update 21/09/2023), at a hearing in the Central London County Court, in Jan this year. One of the grounds of appeal (procedural unfairness) was certified as totally without merit.

Charity Commission

The Charity commission have concluded a two year long compliance review into our Charity. This was initiated in response to complaints raised concerning our Charity.

The trustees cooperated extensively with the Commission, during this period. This was gratefully acknowledged by the Commission.

Alhumdulillah, by the grace of Almighty Allah and your duas, the Commission have not upheld any of the complaints and given the Charity positive feedback on its processes and procedures.

Eid Message

We would like to extend our best wishes to all of our community, for the joyous occasion of Eid ul Fitr.. May Allah accept all of our worship and prayers of the past month and may he make the day of Eid, a source of blessings for all of us. Ameen
